Stephanie joined the servicing team in the fall of 2019. She contributes to the asset management department by providing our lenders with analysis of property income and expense statements, as well as inspecting the local loan collateral she manages. In addition to her local properties, she now travels across the country to personally conduct site visits to many of the properties in the Q10 portfolio.
