As an administrative assistant, she is driven by a simple but powerful mantra: “It’s all in the details.” Tawnie prides herself on creating an efficient, high-success environment where every staff member and visitor feels like part of a community and a sense of family. Tawnie brings a unique blend of empathy and efficiency to everything she does.
Tawnie’s professional journey is rooted in deep-level care and operational leadership. Before joining Bonneville, she spent 15 years managing her family’s business, where she mastered the art of building long-lasting professional relationships. Her background also includes a significant tenure in the medical field; as a TRT, she developed a cognitive therapy program for memory loss that ranked among the top ten in the state.
At Bonneville, Tawnie finds her greatest reward is witnessing the company’s growth and ensuring her team has exactly what they need to thrive.
When she isn’t keeping the office running like a well-oiled machine, she’s a dedicated community volunteer and a champion of her nieces’ and nephews’ fundraisers. You will likely find her outdoors with her family and friends—camping, four-wheeling, or competing in a serious game of corn hole.
