Ty Monroe joined BREC in 2024 as an analyst. In 2026 he was promoted to director.
Ty received his Bachelor of Science degree in business management in 2022 from the University of Utah. He then went on to get his master’s in real estate development in 2024, also from the UofU.
Ty’s hobbies are fishing and bowling.
