Zac is a BREC executive director.
He’s worked at nearly every job BREC has, from runner to loan officer, director, and executive director. This breadth of experience has given him tremendous loan expertise.
Zac has won three Q10 high-producer awards and originated almost $800 million dollars in commercial real estate loans in the past 10 years. In the past five years alone, he’s placed more than $525 million in commercial real-estate loans in 125 separate transactions.
He graduated from Brigham Young University with a Bachelor of Science degree in finance and has Master of Business Administration degree with an emphasis in finance from the University of Utah.
