Wendy is chief information manager at BREC.
She joined BREC as a portfolio specialist, but was soon promoted to portfolio manager. She led BREC’s servicing team in assessing and inspecting a two-billion dollar commercial-loan portfolio covering 700 properties.
As chief information manager, she designs data and tech systems, trains employees, and improves efficiency. She has implemented a customer-relationship management database with more than 11,000 contacts and 2,000 serviced loan records.

She has a bachelor’s degree in business management from the University of Utah.
