Chantel joined Bonneville Multifamily Capital (MFC) in 2005. She helped establish the foundational workflows, policies, and procedures that form the servicing department for MFC, which services USDA 538 and HUD loans.
She manages a small servicing portfolio that grew from $400 thousand to over a billion dollars. She currently manages a staff of six.
Chantel graduated from the University of Utah with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in anthropology. In her downtime she enjoys reading, hiking, skiing, and camping – pretty much any activity that gets her outside.
