Fran joined Bonneville MFC in 2021 as a USDA/HUD servicing specialist. In this role, Fran supports more than 500 properties to ensure they are up-to-date with the most current program specifications, and that deadlines are met so that properties remain in compliance with various program-specific requirements.
Fran keeps current with the ever-evolving RD section 538 program guidelines and processes so she may ensure that all property files remain in compliance with the RD section 538 program.
Fran has an Associates of Arts degree from Western Nevada College with emphasis in geology, and a Bachelor of Arts degree from University of Nevada, Reno with a degree in geography and environmental science. In her spare time, she skis, hikes and camps and enjoys getting outside as often as she can.
