Jesse joined the Q10 Capital Servicing team in the spring of 2021. He manages an 85+ loan portfolio and specializes in lender and borrower relations. He collects and provides updates to lenders on property income and expense statements and property collateral. He completes annual financial analyses and conducts property site inspections to analyze the state of the loan.
