Kate spent 19 years in the commercial property management industry prior to joining us at BREC.
In December 2023, she joined the servicing department. Her strong work-ethic, leadership and attention to detail have since earned her several management roles within the department. She also directly manages a portfolio of over 500 loans.
Kate is an active member of the Mortgage Bankers Association and is currently pursuing her Certified Commercial Mortgage Servicer Designation.
