Kelli joined Q10 Capital Servicing in July 2023 and started in the cash management department before moving to the BREC insurance team in October 2025. She manages a portfolio of approximately 500 loans and is responsible for ensuring full insurance compliance. Kelli consistently meets reporting deadlines, maintains continuous coverage with no lapses, and provides insurance reporting for over 40 lenders. Kelli brings compassion, dedication, and a sincere desire to make a positive impact.
Outside of work she loves the outdoors, camping, gardening, but most of all spending time with her family.
