Kim joined BREC in 2024. She is an associate director on the servicing team in cash management. Her organized, consistent and detail-oriented commitment has greatly benefited the department. She currently manages a portfolio of 13 lenders.
Previously, she worked for over 25 years in the commercial property management industry.
Kim graduated from the University of Utah with a Bachelor of Science degree in business management.
