Shelby Freeman is a Loan Analyst at Bonneville Real Estate Capital, where she supports Henry Schwendiman and Sam McConkie with loan underwriting and processing, as well as market research.
She has been with Bonneville since August 2023, gaining experience in both loan servicing and analytical work across a variety of commercial real estate transactions.
Born and raised in Salt Lake City, she is especially interested in Utah’s real estate landscape and the role it plays in shaping local communities.
Shelby earned her bachelor’s degree in nutritional sciences from Southern Utah University, graduating magna cum laude, and brings a thoughtful, disciplined approach to her work.
