Spencer serves at BREC as an associate director, where he assists on loan packages, applications, and commitments on a three-director team with Dustin Jackson and Brady Larsen.
Spencer has been working in real estate since 2022. His previous experience as an analyst included working on new and existing retail developments and new mixed-use projects.
Spencer has a Bachelor of Science in strategic communication and a minor in entrepreneurship from the University of Utah, where he is currently pursuing a Master of Real Estate Development.
